Yogurt Rice

Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups plain yogurt
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tbsp mustrd seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp split black gram
1/2 tbsp split bengal gram
1/2 tbsp split golden gram
2 dry red chillies, slit into two
5 curry leaves
salt (according to taste)

How to Prepare:
Combine rice, grated ginger and yogurt together in a bowl and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, when the seeds crackle, add cumin seeds, split bengal gram, split black gram, split golden gram, curry leaves and red chillies. Fry for about a minute.
Add rice and yogurt mixture, mix well by adding salt and cook for another minute. Serve hot.
