Idly Upma

Recipe Ingredients:
4 idly's
1 small onion, chopped
2 dry red chillies, slit into two
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp split bengal gram
1/2 tbsp split black gram
5 curry leaves
1 tbsp oil
salt (according to taste)

How to Prepare:
Mash idly's and make it as norml mixture. Take kadai and heat oil, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, split black gram, split bengal gram, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
Now add chopped onions and fry for a while till they turn into golden brown in colour. Add mashed idlys and salt, cook for about 3-4 minutes then add red chilli powder and mix well.
Now the idly upma is ready to serve. Serve with any kind of chutney you like.
