Recipe Ingredients:
2 tbsp custard powder
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter
How to Prepare:
In a bowl mix sugar, custard powder and 2 tbsp of milk. Mix well untill sugar dissolves completely and forms into a thick paste without any lumps and reserve untill needed.
In a medium saucepan add milk bring to boil over a medium low heat. Add custard and sugar paste to milk and start stirring, reduce the heat to very low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add butter and keep stirring to avoid lumps forming, cook untill the mixture is thick enough, turn off the heat and allow the custard to cool. Transfer the custard to refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 3 hours. Serve chilled.
