2 eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
2 tbsp grated carrot
2 tbsp grated ginger
1/4 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp oil
salt (according to taste)
How to Prepare:
In a bowl add chopped onions, grated ginger, grated carrot, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder and salt, mix well to combined. Add eggs and whisk thoroughly untill well combined.
Heat oil in a saucepan over a medium-low heat, pour the egg mixture and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, turn the other side of the omlette and fry for another 2 minutes or untill it turns light golden brown in colour. Serve hot.
