Tomato Cauliflower


Recipe Ingredients:
1 medium sized cauliflower, broken into 1 inch or 1 1/2 inch florets
2 onions, finely chopped
6 green chillies, finely chopped
3 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp oil
salt (according to taste)

How to Prepare:
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions,turmeric powder and green chillies, cook for a while. Add cauliflower florets and mix well.
Add chopped tomatoes, cover with the lid and cook untill the tomatoes are pulpy. Add red chilli powder and salt, stir well and pour some water, bring to the boil for sometime or untill cauliflower cooks. Serve hot.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with rice or chapati.
