Recipe Ingredients:
2tbsp cappuccino dissolved in 1/2 cup milk
200g dark chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup sugar
1cup cream
whipped cream to serve
How to Prepare:
Combine sugar and cream, whisk untill sugar is completly dissolved in cream.
Combine coffe and chocolate in a large heatproof bowl, place the bowl over a saucepan of boiling water and stir untill the chocolate melts. Now add cream and sugar mixture to the melted chocolate stir untill combined.
Place the mixture into cups/glasses, place them in fridge for 4 - 5 hours and chill untill cold.
Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle coffe powder on top of it.
