2 cups thin vermicelli, break into smaller pieces
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup water
2 cardamom pods
10 almonds, finely chopped
10 cashew nuts, finely chopped
10 unsalted pistachio nuts, finely chopped
3 tbsp ghee
How to Prepare:
In a thick bottomed pan add ghee and fry nuts. Add water and bring to boil, add vermicelli and cardamom's, cook till water is almost absorbed/till vermicelli becomes soft.
Add sugar and mix well.
Cook till it thickens in low flame. Serve hot.
