Moong Dal Rice

Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups rice
1 cup split golden gram
6 cups water
1/4 cup ghee
salt (according to taste)

How to Prepare:
Wash split golden gram and rice in several changes of cold water untill the water runs clear. Leave to soak in fresh cold water for 20 minutes, then drain the water. Cook rice and split golden gram by adding water and salt for 20-30 minutes, in-between add ghee to the rice while cooking and mix well. Serve hot.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with extra ghee.
