2 cups full cream milk
2 eggs
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp cardamom powder
How to Prepare:
In a bowl add eggs and milk, beat eggs and milk thoroughly. Now add condensed milk, black pepper powder and cardamom powder and mix well.
Transfer this mixture into a bowl which fits into your pressure cooker. Pour little water in pressure cooker and place the bowl in the pressure cooker and cook on low flame for 30-40 minutes without whistle.
Do not open the lid immediately, to check whether the pudding is done or not insert a wooden skewer, it should come out clean. Cool in the refrigerator for overnight or at-least for 4 hours. Serve cold.
