Scrambled Fish


Recipe Ingredients:
250 gm boneless fish
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala
10 curry leaves
salt (according to taste)
3 tbsp oil

How to Prepare:
Wash the slices of fish and cut them into small pieces. put each piece of fish on the center of the foil and wrap the foil (see that the fish piece is completly covered with the foil), repeat the same with the other fish pieces. Thightly secure each foil pinned with small wooden skewers. Pace these fish foils on idly holder and steam cook them for 30-40 minutes.
Remove the fish from foils and mash the fish in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and curry leaves. Cook for 5 minutes, now add mashed fish and fry untill it become golden brown. Now add chilli powder and salt, cook for another 2 minutes.
Finally add garam masala and remove from heat.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with rice.
